Background and Founder
Established in 2009, the Women of Today Foundation is the brainchild of Mrs. Belinda Appiah, an accomplished serial entrepreneur with a deep commitment to social impact and community development. Inspired by her own journey and the recognition of the unique challenges faced by women and girls in underdeveloped communities, Mrs. Appiah founded the organisation as a vehicle for positive change.
Under Belinda’s leadership, the Women of Today Foundation has achieved notable milestones in its mission to improve the general well-being of elderly women, ladies and girls in Ghana. Whether through successful educational initiatives, healthcare outreach programmes or skill development projects, the foundation stands as a testament to the transformative power of combining entrepreneurial vision with a deep sense of social responsibility.
